Camp Schedule and Details:

This Summer Camp features Sean Clancy with Top Tier Goalkeeping and provides players with the opportunity to work intimately with former professional and current collegiate coach. By attending this camp, goalkeepers will work with current collegiate goalkeepers and learn the fundamentals of Goalkeeping. At the Top Tier Goalkeeping summer camp, goalkeepers will get a little taste of how we structure our training. We focus on the fundamentals of goalkeeping: footwork, technique, fitness, and the mental side of being a high-level goalkeeper. But the most important part of the camp is to have fun while learning the position. Every Goalkeeper will receive a camp T-Shirt, and a pair of West Coast Goalkeeping Gloves, and a month subscription of the The Goalkeeper App for FREE! This is over a $100 value given to you for FREE as a thank you for attending our camp! Hope to see you this summer.

 

Day 1:

Goalkeepers will work at each station with a different staff member working on finding angles and diving.

Day 2:

Goalkeepers will work at each station with a different staff member working on through balls and breakaways.

Day 3:

Goalkeepers will work at each station with a different staff member working on crossing and distribution. 

Day 4:

This session will provide opportunities to apply the technical training from the first three days and allow them to compete amongst their fellow goalkeepers.

Staff Members for the Summer Camp:

Sean Clancy is a St. Louis Native who played at Rockwood Summit High School and was recently named to the all-decade 2nd team. Sean is a former professional goalkeeper with playing experience domestically in the USL and abroad in Sweden. He brings extensive knowledge of the position to help goalkeepers understand the importance of their role within the team. Sean currently holds his USSF C License. He is an assistant coach at Marquette University. Sean coached previously at Maryville University St. Louis, an NCAA Division II program, as well as at Rockwood Summit High School.
